Sold a warranty under false pretense. I was told I was opting for an extended warranty. Only to be told a year later my warranty is only for the display screen, Bluetooth, etc. why would I have a warranty on the amenities and none in the parts? Some workers are unprofessional and very difficult to communicate with. Management has changed several times as well as staff. I’m very disappointed
I paid over 1300 dollars for my car to be repaired it sat in there from December 15 got it out today December 29 and drove it a mile down the road and wouldn’t start again. Jb towing had to tow my vehical back over there. And they promised me it would be done and ready before January 3rd 2023 which is my deadline!!! Not to mention they had ordered me a part and it came in MESSED up and unusable!! I need my car fixed!!!! Very very upset and a HUGE INCONVENIENCE
