On Jan 2nd I had an appointment at dealership at 1030 for oil and filter change along with tire rotation. I waited for my vehicle for 4 hours but they also conducted work on two recalls. Finally the service advisor informed me that my truck was ready. So I asked one of the service advisors about a 10% coupon I had and he stated to just let the casher know and they will take that off but when I got to cashier and showed my coupon she said I had to print it and give it to her? Everytime I take it in to get service it starts to drive funny ....no my engine light is on. I will not return. I don't care what's covered. I got this car at low mileage. Never had a issue till it's first oil change..
Went there after calling about a computer issue with my vehicle & told that it would have be diagnosed to find out the cost. They diagnosed other problems, then when they did diagnose the computer they charged me another diagnoses No One told me about charge special for "diagnosing the computer" Then told me they don't fix computer issues. When I complained about it the manager took off "part" of the cost. Would never suggest this place.
