Marvin is the best ever. End of discussion
I had a really disappointing experience with the barber in the last chair on the right. My hairline was pushed back, my sideburns were cut off, and the overall cut was not what I asked for. When I raised my concerns, the response was essentially, “It just needs to grow back,” and I was switched to another chair. Marvin tried to fix it, but the damage was already done. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this barber.
Chris is such a chill guy. He listens to any concerns I might have, gives me suggestions to what I might want to do or not do, and takes his time. My haircut came out great. The overall vibe in the shop is super laid back and friendly, I feel like family in there. Will definitely be going back, and I might even recommend the place to a few friends. Thanks again to Marvin, Chris, and the rest of the team for making my experience pleasant.
