Besides my salesman being great the whole service center is a rip off. I purchased a 2020 Tiguan CPO with 22k miles. Luckily I also purchased a separate extended warranty. My car has been in there shop 5 times within a little over a year. Now majority of my issues were not covered which sucks. I just don’t understand why if I bring my car in for multiple issues I’m being charged multiple diagnostics. After leaving today I feel robbed of being charged $340 in fees when nothing was fixed.
Last week, I was car shopping and had been to two dealerships prior to Winner Subaru. We were greeted by Stefan, who was such a knowledgeable and kind person. He went to great lengths to make sure I left that week with the car I wanted. Stefan really made me feel more confident when choosing my first new car as a young adult. I had began my search last week and visited 3 different dealerships before I decided to go to this location.
