Fantastic new car shopping experience. While this wasn’t the closest dealer, we chose them as they were the best. Straight forward, took the time to answer lots of questions, spent time after sale too covering a lot. Salesman Lex Todd was excellent and highly recommend seeking him out when looking for a car. There were 3 Hyundai dealers closer to us but we bought from Lex as he was excellent pre and post sale
It was an all day event ….i was there for my 7:20 am appointment ..with a 2 codes on my 2023 Tucson Hybrid diagnosing the problem. The tech was able to verify the codes in two hours ..with a little prod I was offered a loaner (an Elantra) to run a few errands. I returned to the shop shortly after noon …4:30 I was on my way home. My vehicle repair was warranty work.
I have been purchasing vehicles from here since 2012. Years usually just stop in and always end up leaving with a vehicle. There is never a hassle, no haggling, no pressure EVER. Service is always top tier and I highly recommend them!
