We were pleased with the timeliness of the service. My car sat elsewhere for nearly a week without being diagnosed. Had my car towed here Saturday and spoke with Cindy. She informed us about when car may be seen and within 2 days it was diagnosed and repaired. She was knowledgeable & personable. Would recommend.
Service was promptly done and very professional service.
I have used Winner with success using coupons. Receiving new coupons prompted a new service visit for a tune up. Those coupons are a savings. Imagine my surprise when the Winner Hyundai service rejected my Coupon. The attendant said these are Winner "Ford" coupons not Hyundai!!!!! Well they were honored on previous visits, what changed? An ongoing problem he says....I am not a happy customer over this coupon issue!
I called on Monday had a issue with my car they told me to bring it in so I did on Monday. I got it back on Wednesday the issue was under warranty and all is fine so far.
