Recently brought my truck in for warranty repairs when I picked up my truck noticed damage to my vehicle. Not a fun, nor good experience. Drove 90 miles one way to look at a “Certified” vehicle that’s been on the lot for almost 30 days. Upon arrival, the vehicle was up front, but dirty. I did request that the vehicle not be moved or started to be able to listen to a cold start to identify if there are any issues or odd noises at cold start. They did honor that request and did not start the vehicle.
