The vehicle I purchased was as advertised and I am happy with it, but when it came to my trade in they really were not honest. I was told my trade in was worth $8500.00 which after investigating was low, their answer was that they hoped to sell it for $10,000.00. OK, they need a profit, but they listed it on car gurus for 12,995.00. I understand business need to make a profit but be honest about it, I feel I was deceived by the sales manager and I am very sticky about honesty. Sorry to hear you feel that way Michael. Listing price and selling price are 2 different things. The truck you bought from us was listed at $26,998 but you bought it for $23,998. When we first get a vehicle in trade we typically list them at a retail book value. Sale prices are advertised from time to time. Sometimes there is additional discount available off of listed price and other times the vehicle is already discounted.
