I highly recommend Jimmy! When I called to ask about a car, I found out it had already been sold. But Jimmy went the extra mile to help me find a comparable vehicle. His efforts made the whole experience so much easier, and I ended up driving away from the dealership the same day! The service department here is the worst I have ever experienced. I put in a brand new transmission and had them program it and fill the transmission fluid to ensure was at the proper level. They over filled my brand new transmission by 2 1/2 quarts, I had to fix this problem and now my new transmission slips in some gears. Winner Chevy refused to even consider refunding the money I paid for them to damage my new transmission. They told several lies in the conversation as to how there is no way they over filled the transmiss... read more
We were on a long road trip and thought we had an issue with our truck so we stopped by to be safe. Kelly in service got us in right away and Alex looked things over to determine there were no issues. We pulled a new horse trailer back home 1600 miles with no issues. The team was very friendly and got us in right away to look at the truck. I wasn't expecting this type of service but they went above and beyond to help us out.
