Use to like this place, but suddenly all the employees disappeared. How do you get rid of an entire staff?
Mike and Marge are terrible! They did fine for a few years, but when we needed them the most, they were awful. They werent forthcoming, their communication was awful ,and were even threatening! The tone and demeanor in which Mike spoke to my wife on the phone was insulting, and uncalled for; he ought to be ashamed of himself! Made my blood boil! You are better off going with an insurance company directly, and cutting Mike out; he is only a middle man. You can check my other reviews. I rarely post a negative review!
