Excellent experience! The staff is so friendly, helpful and thorough. Dr. Ridenour did an excellent job explaining everything and talked directly to my son, making him very comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Had a wisdom tooth pulled this week and being that I am the biggest wimp when it comes to anything being done in my mouth, I have to say that the procedure wasn't that bad. The assistant was amazingly comforting and Dr. Ridenour was super patient with me. Kudos to them for making my experience the most positive it can be. I am a person who is TERRIFIED of needles and having medical procedures done. The staff made me feel comfortable and seemed to genuinely care about me. Friendly staff. Dr. was patient when answering questions. He genuinely cared about my son and made sure he was comfortable after surgery.
It would be nice if this place would have called the next business day after a procedure to see how the patient was feeling. That would be nice patient service, especially after the cost involved - not to mention the procedure itself.
