I really appreciated their help sharing best practices and public health expertise!
They say they open at 8am and we got there at 8:30am and nobody was there and doors were locked. A worker came at 8:45 and said they don’t open till 9:30 but website says different.
10/10 do not recommend asking them for assistance, they give you every DEI answer from the handbook and tell you you’ll have to file a civil suit. What a waste of tax payer dollars. Do your jobs and stop using codes that are so open ended that the only people they help are the ones breaking them. Todd Marshall did nothing to help, Tasha Reddic did nothing to help. Stay away, just handle it yourself.
Waisting my money twice for them to not do their job. Nor can they answer the phone. Like ever. Good luck if you need anything from them. Will take weeks on weeks. Even for a simple phone call.
