High Labor/ Bad Service – Had problems with tail-light. Livingston VW mechanic misdiagnosed it as bulb-holder and changed. They had the car for three days, till the part arrives. They don't offer loaner vehicles. They charged me 290 for labor and 35 for the part. The problem reappeared within a few hours, meaning they didn't fix it. Labor price – Dear Volkswagen 8/8/2007 I really think Volkswagen should drop their price on Labor. I just had my car fixed at the Livingston Volkswagen because my car over heated. They replaced the thermostats and the Coolant Flange, the parts were only $110.00, but the labor was $300.00. I really that was really outranges. That cost me $419.00. Volkswagon certified used cars are not 'certified' in the sense that they meet some quality standard. Certified is a sales gimmick as I unfortunately have come to understand ;(
