This is the power team of reality. Reliable and will answer call backs asap. Very knowledgeable about the area and real estate. We finally closed on our house, it was an FHA and alot of extras to coordinate. Yamil was like a pit bull with the lender and seller to make sure nothing went wrong. What made my experience with my real estate agent special was there genuine dedication and personal attention throughout the enterprise process. They really listened to what I wanted, were patient with my questions, and always made me feel like I was their top priority. Working with Yamil was a great experience; I had met with 2 other realtors who both told me I needed new paint (it was fine) and I wouldn't get price for my condo rental be due to the competition but Yamil agreed touch up vs new paint and I got renters promptly for exactly what price I wanted in spite of the competition; she was efficient thru every step of the way; very happy with her excellent service!
Keith and Yamill were absolutely amazing as our listing realtors! They were professional and knowledgeable about market conditions. My condominium was sold to a CASH buyer and closed within two weeks and the entire process was Easy!
