This is for a complex in California: This company is selfish and just focused on making money. They just bought our apartment complex a month ago. Now we got notified we have two weeks-month to get out of our apartment because they want to remodel. They gave us other options to move into but they don’t allow our pets and don’t have small yards. I live in the beekman diego Apts in the bridge bx, my building is awful to live in. 1. No gas for 5 months in the building. 311 was called. 2. Roaches,and rodents. 3. Heat doesn't come up in the winter. 4. Management doesn't seem to be concerned. It's been very hard to live in my apartment. Though they receive rent the tenant's are treated below standard. I am distraught. I wouldn't suggest any one move into a property without talking to a tenant.
