Wow, I wish zero stars were possible because they don’t even deserve one. These company took over my grandparents’ apartment (Burke Lake Gardens) building and it is the worst thing that could’ve happened. The positive and welcoming community has been replaced with a desert town vibe. The front office is blacked out and empty. The AC has been broken in this crazy Virginia heat and their only response is that it is “too expensive.” I’m sorry but what are you doing with the monthly rent that is being collected?
