Today I was very upset when my little sister told me how rude her nail lady was “Jessie”. She was being very uncooperative with was asked and ended up freaking out mid way through and got up because she didn’t want to finish the job.

Terrible service. Jessi completely messed up my girlfriend’s nails, and when we pointed it out, she started freaking out instead of fixing the problem. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I had a terrible experience here. The girl named Jessi was extremely rude and unprofessional. She actually yelled at my little sister, making her cry, and when we simply asked her to do what we had already paid for, she completely lost it. She got up, started yelling in her own language, and made the whole situation very uncomfortable for everyone around. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — I would never recommend this place to anyone.

First and last experience. I clearly asked for pedicure first and was walked to the manicure station and had to ask a third time. The tech insisted she could not paint my short toe nail,unless she added acrylic. Both toes have been painted several times at my usual salon.I wanted my feet treated before getting acrylic on them.She put the acrylic on myntoes before doing the pedicure,which meant any dead skin or cuticle was now trapped under the acrylic.
