I usually do my own maintenance and repairs, so when I snapped a valve cover bolt I was kinda SOL. Luckily, Winn Mobile Repair was able to get out to my garage in a timely fashion with Kelsi being very communicative, and Joshua was able to remove the broken bolt without any drilling or damage to the threads. My entire experience with Winn Mobile Repair was easy and seamless. From Kelsey, who was friendly and knowledgeable and scheduled my service for the next morning, to Josh the mechanic, who arrived on time and went above and beyond, they are a great company to work with! Their prices are very reasonable and fair, and I would recommend them 💯.
An honest mechanic?! At reasonable rates?! What is the world coming to??? I have a new mechanic for life! My car left me stranded and Josh really helped me out. He was there when he said that he would be all three times I have used Winn Mobile. I will never trust another mechanic. Generally speaking, a woman with care trouble is often reliant on mechanics for car repair, and believe me, they see you coming! This company is the real deal, don't trust your car with anyone else!
Joshua is the real deal and extremely professional. The man knows what he is doing. He replaced both of my control arms and suggested a better option with adjustable parts and said the work would take 1.5 to 2 hours. He was done in under 2 hours. He saved me money on a part that didn't need replacement and fixed exactly what needed to be repaired. Kelsey has a great attitude setting up appointments and booking a spot at your conveniece and Joshua's attitude was refreshing. I highly recommend this business.
This place was great! Easy communication and they showed up on time. The first time they came by waste have a look, after Diego owing it was determined it was one issue, but the mechanic got to thinking while ordering parts and was quick to think about an issue Transits have been having so he went ahead and prepared himself with the right tools incase it was this or that.
