I couldn’t survive without the people that work at this store!! The ladies in the bakery and seafood department are always there to help, if needed.

Always disappointing in almost every way possible. Poor selection, low quality and value, horrible customer care.
Staff at the North Roosevelt Winn-Dixie in Key West, FL are unhelpful, rude, dismissive, and sometimes hostile--especially the pharmacy staff. A one-star rating is far too generous.
Good selection prices reasonable helpful associates. I DON'T understand a one rating.
After almost 34 years as a Winn-Dixie shopper I have stopped. Harris-Teeter (just down the street) has significantly lower prices, friendly and helpful staff. I save about 26% on my weekly bill at Harris-Teeter, and though Winn-Dixie is closer the extra drive is well worth the treatment and the lower prices, also the quality of the meat/produce and diary is better.
Poor customer service in the Deli, Lady that runs it is very unaccomodating. NEVER use the word I CANT!!!! always try to help the customer no matter what, not to mention the poor customer service I got from the manager of the location. It was all he could do to ignore what I was trying to say. They lost a $60.00 sale today! No wonder they are not that busy. They lost a $200.00 a week customer. I will go spend my money at Publix!!!
