I just arrived to the store, to purchase a cake for my sons bday, and I asked the lady in the bakery to assist with writing my sons name & happy birthday. Her response was I cant help you, because the lady who does the decorating, her shift is over. That was so unprofessional and why isnt everyone trained to do so. This was at the location near 95.
