I called in a very crucial medication I needed 6 days ago. I went in the day after I ordered my medication and was told they would have it in 3 days. I go in three days later they tell me it'll be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I get a phone call that they actually do not have my medication. I went to a different pharmacy and they tried to call Winn-Dixie for over 16 minutes straight with no answer (and it was not their lunch time, I checked) This pharmacy has become a complete joke, their phone system is pointless wh... read more

I found the 3 people behind the counter to be very unhelpful. I needed help with a coupon for a 140.00 savi ngs on a RX. They were quite rude. I'll be moving my prescriptions.
