The store doesn't have a good selection anymore and the store is usually picked over. Pharmacy closed down so I have no reason to shop here anymore.
Came to pickup a prescription and was told that my insurance is not on my profile. I’ve been picking up prescriptions from Winn Dixie since 2018 with no problem. Called over to the pharmacy I usually go to (also a Winn Dixie) and they said they see my insurance information just fine. I just moved over here and this is the closest Winn Dixie to me, but I will drive to the other side of town because there’s no reason she couldn’t look up my insurance information. Don't know what changes that have been made at this Pharmacy but it is absolutely the worst I have ever seen,might won't to go back to old crew this one now is awful and don't know what they are doing and that's putting it lightly! If I could would have given Zero!
Says it closes at 7pm but every time I go there, the drop off window is closed with a sign that says something about sorry Charlie our computers are updating at the moment. How old is your darn system WD or is it that your pharmacists don’t want to work? Because you can call and they won’t answer either. So frustrating!
Horrible pharmacy will tell you one thing over the phone then when you go to store something totally different I would use publix pharmacy much better and helpful
