We all know Winn Dixie isn’t Wegmans.. (WNYers know) HOWEVER at this particular store - regardless of how you feel about prices, customer service is top notch. Angela at the service desk was able to go beyond maybe her “normal” job description and help get me squared away and able to take advantage of all my points I’ve been getting all these years and never used them. Thank you.
The deli department is always kind and welcoming over the phone and in person.
