It’s been almost 5 months since I ordered my release, and I still haven’t received it. I have sent multiple emails, and also called several times without any success reaching anyone. I’m out my $81, I suggest to stay clear of this company.

Avoid! Placed an order and haven't received in a month. Doesn't answer Facebook message or email. Voicemail is full also.

Ordered a release weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from the company. I've emailed and called the company but to no avail. Don't waste your money is my suggestion to you. They took my $81 but can't even get back to me about my purchase!

Bad customer support. Im sure the release is great but tried to cancle my order as it hasnt arrived in over 2 months and there not responding to my email.

I have had a Winn Free since I was in College 1981 (freshman in college). I still use it an love it. Since then my whole family uses it. Now we all use Hook and Loop version since we use D Loops on all the bows. I personally have one attached to each one of my bows (9 of them) for when I use that particular bow. I also have spare in my hunting vehicle in case I lose one. I use them for 3D, Spot and Hunting. I have shot two elk with one, many deer... Thank you for a US made product that is bullet proof.
