I had called Winter to come out to attach a very tall wood post to an existing post for my security camera. Which was a pretty straightforward simple job. While he was there, I had asked him to rebuild a gate that was wrongly put together by another contractor. When Winter was putting the panels of the gate back together, the wood panel broke off.
