What started out as a small drip in the laundry room soon turned into heavy dripping in 4 rooms. At that point we decided time to call insurance who in turn called Winmar. I had a call and subsequent visit from Bob the project manager within hours and the process began. Everyone that came to our home (and there were many) were polite and knew what they were doing and did it very well. Bob and his team were top notch, had a flood with the heavy melt and the team showed up right away. They cleaned everything up quickly, got fans on it drying it all up and were very neat and professional the whole time! I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I did, I would really hope it was WINMAR that shows up for me again! They were absolute gems.

A mess turned into an amazing experience. Chris, the project manager, was excellent. He was at our home in short order, had people on site to pack everything up, had workers in to repair the water damage and replace drywall, carpet, baseboard, painting, and then everything was returned, unpacked, and placed back exactly where it had been. Everyone from WINMAR was roof, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you WINMAR!
