The receptionist Alison is one of the most kind hearted and friendly caring person I have ever met. She is always so quick to help and answer the phone and always loves to help me understand things. She is a true asset to Winmalee Medical Centre and the healthcare industry. Please pass this comment onto her.
Very Poor service. I Went there because my daughter was having an allergic reaction, and was told “sorry we are not taking new patients”. Didn’t show any urgency or concern. Not even an option to notify a dr to come out, or help with ringing an ambulance (mentioned that we were newer to the area). I ended up calling another local medical centre in Springwood while driving around who consulted with a dr straight away and provided assistance and support over the phone.
Just curious👀 why the high 👀turnover of medical professionals 🫣
My family and I have seen Dr De Vries and his team for over 20 years and highly recommend them for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients. We are so blessed to have this medical centre in the Blue Mountains.
Had to wait an hour and 30 mins for an appointment, didn’t tell us that the doctor was running late.
