Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy
