Hi name is Jess I went to Winks hairdresser to dyed my hair two weeks ago the lady name is Kim she dyed my hair. I told her to color my hair this way, but it didn't turn out that color; it came out orange, not the blonde colour when she is working at the Salon she seems very professional but it wasn't. Luckily realized it in time; I wasn't stupid for long she's a terrible worker and she is working very terrible job.
