I was in the middle of a Kitchen Window replacement and ended up with an unrelated injury. I needed some electrical work quickly done. Winkles got to it almost immediately and the pricing was fair. Well done and thank you.
After great service last month we reached out to Winkels Electric again and were pleased to once more retain excellent assistance. It started out good, but it stretched out to months, cost me tens of thousand dollars more than it should have, and I ended up with a subpar product. I felt fleeced, and when I asked for my concerns to be addressed, essentially, I was dismissed. I think they spent more time on their cell phone than they did pulling wires. Oh, did I mention that I’m sure I got double bill for some items.
