This was my first time coming here and the customer service was nice from everyone, but I see there is a common theme here with peoples lashes falling out too early. I got my lashes done 4 days ago for a trip and they’ve been falling out too early. I won’t be coming back because it’s not worth the money
Wasted $140 for bad eyelash extenstion! Imagin those fall out after 30minutes of my extenstion
Shenla did my lashes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She is such a sweetheart and truly knows what she’s doing. From the moment she started, I felt completely comfortable. I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. When I arrived, I was assigned to a different technician than the one I originally booked with. I understand that scheduling changes can happen, but I wasn’t informed ahead of time or given the option to reschedule. What made this more frustrating is that I was told I would be charged a no-show fee of $100 if I chose to reschedule, even though the booking error was on their end, and I was not placed with the technician I originally requested.
