The individuals stylists (lash and nail) are nice. However, I believe how they run their business is poorly done. I have experienced two back to back situations with this business. Lashes: July 24th I came in for my lash appointment. They are running a $100 special. August 1st I reached out because my lashes were falling out after one week.
