Staff was friendly and very helpful. Once arrived, was offered refreshment while the doctor finished up. Was promptly taking back for examination and then the staff helped me with my final frame choice.
Tim was really helpful from the decision process of the styles of frames to the insurance coverage and discounts. He suggested using my insurance for the most expensive pair of frames and sunglass lenses and utilizing the discount for my second pair bin the most cost effective way. I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend recommend RHOEL and working with Tim in particular.
The office always has a calm and quiet vibe. Dr Julie is very kind and responsive to my questions and concerns. The lady at the desk is super nice and friendly.
