This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon, and it was completely okay with the owner and staff. For my appointment on 03-08-24 I had Matt. The question he posed to me regarding the bleached patches on my bangs was the tipping point. He seemed to want an answer right away, but he only wanted the answer he wanted, so he was already being irritable and had an attitude toward me.
