I am a Korean mother. My child wears Dream Lenses, and I came here to have them checked after dropping one down the drain. Initially, I called Automator, which has a Korean doctor in Korean town Kim ** Optometary. However, they said they couldn't check for scratches unless I was a customer who had purchased their lenses. I appreciate Dr.Natasha took a great effort and time to listen to me, observe all the details, understand my concern and ask all the possible risk or reason of my symptom. I truly was pleasant of being thoroughly cared by the outstanding professional. I've never done this various different kind of tests at previous optometry. So I expected it must be advanced eye exam with extra fees kind of thing, but still as a complete eye exam and the cost was easily covered by work insurance. Very professional and super friendly staff. They explained everything with patience. We went for comprehensive eye exams, glasses and contact lens prescriptions. The doctor examined us very carefully. She gave helpful advice for better eye care especially for dry eyes. Their collection of glasses frames are a bit expensive but good quality products.
