Had an adult eye exam with Dr. Lam today and it was an excellent experience. The Wink team is highly professional, welcoming, and efficient. Everything felt smooth and well-organized from start to finish.
The staff was polite and professional, very patient and answered any questions I had. The optometrist I had was Shane Cornelson. He was very friendly and great, explained everything clearly and educated me about my eye health. It was my first time getting my eyes photographed. It was interesting going over the photos and getting things explained to me. I would recommend this clinic. They were great with helping me pick out glasses and providing their feedback as well! Very clean space!
I had a great experience at this optometrist clinic. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Shane was excellent very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the eye exam. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for great service and a thorough eye checkup!
