Bought expensive glasses on 11/14/25, as of today 12/9/25 I have no glasses because "there was an issue at the lab" in ARIZONA! I asked for a refund and boy did that request fall on deaf ears. I got a nice lecture about how labs screw up and damage lens and have to start over. AND...the customer can just wait. And I thought Sam's and Costco were pitiful. Next time I need new glasses I'll just fly to Arizona and get them made there. Next stop is the BBB.
