I had this company install a hot tub back in 2023 and then recently had them disconnect the hot tub because we were moving. After having the tub moved I asked them to come out and reconnect it. After waiting a week they came out, assessed the job and said I would receive a quote later in the day. Later in the day, instead of a quote I get a text saying they don't want the job because they are too busy (and I get a link to the jiffy app). Thanks for wasting my time, Wink now has one less loyal repeat customer.
Outstanding service - prompt, professional, and extremely competent. It was a pleasure to have Ryan work on a fix for our hot tub wiring. I highly recommend Wink Electric!
