I am so pleased to be seeing Dr. Chan. He is experienced, knowledgeable on current treatment options, kind and takes time to listen and respond. I have complete faith in his care. I also want to shout out to the office staff. Kind, caring and helpful
Dr. Keenan is very bright and enthusiastic and had a friendly demeanor. He took a very detailed medical history and did a thorough exam. However, I felt he spent too much time talking about pain theory and we watched part of a YouTube video about it. This made me feel that because he did not find a specific reason for my pain, he was implying my pain was somehow phantom or only in my mind, which was insulting. This is Dr Redding second time seeing my client. She was very patient,very caring, and very considerate and she had the patients care as her top priority. I enjoyed our visit.
Dr. Philpott did an excellent job with my mitral valve repair. He was able to repair it in lieu of replacing it. He saw me daily after the surgery and during my recovery time at the hospital. His support staff was excellent as well.
The staff is incredibly gracious and kind, even when they are extremely busy. Dr. Leyton takes time to speak with you, and goes over different treatment options rather than just assuming everything has been tried. Four rather than five stars only because the waits have been long, but I think that only happens because the whole staff genuinely cares about each patient.
