My toddler had an accident, because of the pandemic no were was open, the hospital would only pull out his teeth, A friend gave me her number it was a Saturday late at night when I called her explained what happened to my son , she opened her office fixed my toddler 2 front teeth sparing him pain and preserving his teeth, she even followed up with me the next day to make sure he was ok, words Cannot describe the level of my gratitude. My children now 14 and 16 have been coming to Dr. Booker for 10 years. She has been very accommodating and patient with them. During emergency situations, she has always been available. I won't take them anywhere else.

This place is a disaster. They couldn't get my child's name right, they almost used latex gloves on him, though I wrote it on his forms and mentioned multiple times that he is allergic. They also kept us waiting for over an hour for a very early morning appointment because their other dentist abruptly left the practice and they didn't reschedule anyone, so the 8:15 appointment turned into a 9:45 appointment. And they lost his xrays so had to redo them. A complete mess, very unprofessional.
I have been going to Dr. Booker for 13 years now. She is the best children's dentist I have ever been to. She cares about my children and is excellent with talking with them. I love the wording that she uses so my kids are not scared when they go there. The staff at her office are great also. I would highly recommend Dr. Bookers office. I have never had a bad experience or problem.
Staff is always friendly and patient. Always willing to assist and go above and beyond to help you. You are able to reach the doctor after hours if you have an emergency on her personal phone no operator or wait to call back.
She is a good doctor but her office staff is the worst , very arrogant , always confirm ur appointments as they would try to hook u up with some other doctor n lie that u r scheduled with dr booker , even if u have specifically asked for dr booker while taking appointment . Another issue is billing , always wrong n more expensive codes are put . WORST office staff
Horrible. Kept telling my 7 year old to stop her crying because it would scare others. My daughter was just scared. The dentist is the most uncaring and insincere dentist I have ever met.now my daughter is completely phobic of dentist. Horrible
It was horrible!! If they don't want to deal with your child's dental issues, they will send you to someone else. They will also schedule your appointment and not honor it when you arrive on time. They will Vance your appointment without notice When they say work needs to be done on the next visit, it's never addressed , they go on to something else. The original problem then gets worse. The work is also short I would not recommend you bring your children to this dentist. To
