I actually really like Dr Lee. I felt she took a good amount of time, she listened, she was willing to listen, she was insightful, professional, went into good depth and was very thorough. She was much better than my prior PCP and I found her easy to work with.
Worst experience ever! Her staff basically lied to me and said she was at lunch when she was avoiding my dad and taking other patients. They also insisted she called 2 times and left voicemails which we still haven’t received. After misdiagnosis my father years ago and she had consistently been avoiding him. Do Not see Dr. Lee and avoid Kaiser all together they do not care about their patients and will give you the continue to give you the run around. Shame on these heartless people.
