I had a very disappointing experience at WingsUp in Austin. My friends and I were ignored by staff for a long period, and when we did get attention, the service felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It left us feeling uncomfortable and singled out, and I won’t be returning.
Fight broke out at one of the tables while waiting for pick up order. Waited an hour. Was promised a discount, was given ten less wings than I ordered. When I call their number, it says their mailbox is full. Not the best wings in Austin!
Miss this place! The wings were good. Spicy lemon pepper is my favorite. We used to go here all the time when we worked at a hospital close by. Please open a location in Leander!
I don't have photos and I hate that I don't. However, when I say, "Babe I want some wings," I don't have to specify where. He knows exactly where I am going to order from. The wings are cooked to perfection, saucy, EVERYTIME. Our favorite is the Jalapeno Ranch and the second favorite is the Korean Fried sauce. 🤤 And it's a sports bar so I went one day to pick up my order and the game was on.
