Been coming here during the spurs games. Tonight I came a bit late, but everyone is always so nice. They are very fast to get my food, and were kind even though we came an hour before closing on spurs night. Great people
Brought me the wrong sauces wings , did not want to take accountability that it was their error, I asked them to bring me the honey bbq sauce and when they brought it was a different color and taste then the honey bbq wings they brought me. Still past the blame onto me. Ate 5 lemor pepper wings, where ok, fries where good doe. Paid the full amount and just left did not want to cause a scene. Never returning.
If a to go order i suggest opening in front of them. If you tell them something is missing in stead of helping they will argue. Used to be a great place, I have been coming for years but lately needs better service
You can’t go get a beer at the bar you have to wait for your server even if they’re taking 30 minutes this used to be me my wing place but it’s going downhill a bartender serving alcohol being a pric is only gonna start a fight.
The food and our service was good waited 15min for a bathroom to be open due to the hostess and the manager on duty taking up both bathrooms need more bathroom or a designated employee bathroom
