Ordered 6 bottles of Capt Richards Best 2 weeks ago. finally went to my email when I placed the order and clicked on status to check and all it said was processing and 3 items were 3 to 5 days delayed. I called customer service who was very friendly by the way. They checked with the vendor and was told it was "on it's way" from east coast to west coast. I'm on the east coast!!!! Love it
I have placed 4 or 5 orders from them and are happy with all of my orders but the last one. When you checkout it needs to inform you if it is something that is back ordered or going to be delayed on getting it. (The order just said processing)I did call and they are going to ship my tire on out and the OEM part when they get it in a couple weeks.
I love Wingstuff! I’ve been ordering stuff from Rick since he started the business so many years ago. I’ve always had great customer service.
You need to show things that are on back order DURING the check out process..... not in an email that might get overlooked AFTER the sale is complete. Happened twice to me now. Once more... I'll never shop here again.
