Normally, the place is fine, but when our order is lost on Super Bowl Sunday-when we ordered the day before-and absolutely nothing was offered to us to compensate. No rush on the order at that moment, no coupon, no discount, no apology. They only offer that we need to wait 40 minutes if we still want our 20 wings. What is the point of calling the day before, if all they will do is make you wait 40 minutes once you arrive? Is it that they will make the same amount of money without giving proper customer service on Super Bowl?
