They like to forget to put the ranch in the bag so when you get home, you're super disappointed AND drive all the way back. Bag was sealed with the 2 Ranch highlighted in black so it isn't missed. Really not difficult to read.
They absolutely cannot remember to add your veggie sticks. 3 times in a row they have forgotten to put our veggie sticks in the bag. We even asked the dasher to ask the store to confirm they put them in the bag. The store confirmed they put them in there. No veggie sticks somehow. Pitiful service. Edit: i got a redelivery for my order. Its clear now why they didn't include the veggie sticks. They had to of ran out and cut them to order because the veggie sticks I got were absolutely hacked. Great food! Great people!
Stopped in at 1220 on a Friday evening and was told they weren’t taking orders. They had 5 pick up orders they were still making on the screen. Hours say open till 1am
