The absolute WORSE service I have ever experienced and the sole reason I will never return. I placed my order online. I received the text from the app stating my order was finished 2 minutes before I arrived at to pick it up. When I went in the server at the register was assisting another guest. After she finished I gave them my name and was informed that they were "waiting on a few things" for the order. No big deal so I waited. This establishment has horrible customer service the young girl working the front was terrible and obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. I spilt my drink outside and I went in to get a replacement drink and she said once we leave out of the restaurant it is not their responsibility. As a paying customer I would least expect so empathy because I had a large order and the bag ripped because they over packed my bag causing my drink to spill. No empathy for paying customers and we are not their responsibility.
I was in the restaurant today, and the staff was pretty rude. An Amazon delivery driver came in to use the restroom after dropping off a package for the establishment an employee chased him out the store yelling about restrooms being for paying customers only. I understand that but there could have been more professionalism.
