April 2026 Update: went back today for another to go order, ordered the fries well done which must’ve been offensive to the cook because what we received were hardly cooked at all. Worst wingstop I've seen
Their online system has cost them a customer permanently. Their system will charge your card and not allow your order to go through. When you call they know about it, say it happens all the time and I have to wait 30 minutes for the charge to drop off then submit the order again? You think people want to wait 1 hr to re order and get food when they tried over an hour ago? Nope, you clearly don’t understand the food industry of you think people will wait over an hour for wing stop.
taylor is always amazing and so sweet! my orders always come out the way I was expecting and wanting!!
