What’s the point of ordering for pickup? I was there 10 minutes early. They took My name twice. Names shows ready on the board. I stand back up, ask again. “It’s being bagged sir” Another bag comes out. Another bag comes out. I go and stand up again. They ask my name. And what do you know the bags already up on the shelf. Terrible experience.
Ordered ahead online. Checked in when I got there and was told they were just finishing up the order. Watched my name disappear off the screen like it had been picked up. Asked multiple staff what was going on with my order only to be told they are working on it still. Come to find out after over 30 minutes of waiting that they gave my order away to the wrong person and were having to remake it. Poor communication from the staff. They forgot the fries on our delivery and the only option was for us to drive to the store. SMH
I LOVE YOU WINGSTOP!! Always get to the order right and never stingy with the ranch.
