The food is amazing and the staff is always helpful and friendly
This is what all my mild tenders looked like. Gross and look old.
Poor customer service. Didn’t sauce all of the wings. No napkins or forks in pick up bag. Lied about the online order being ready so our food was cold.
the front cashier girl was rude, kinda just threw our food onto the counter, the bag even slightly flipped over and when home we seen it had spilled. all the food was cold, the wings, fries and corn bites were all cold, the wings had no flavor and were also very greasy, so it was cold greasy food.
I placed my order for a 40pc mix and match on the 5th of February to be picked up today at 4pm. Now I knew it was going to be crazy there. Not only were they a new restaurant in the area but it is Superbowl Sunday. As I arrived there at 3:45pm to check in the restaurant was wall to wall people waiting for their orders. A Door Dasher was becoming irate with the staff, he was cussing and was acting aggressive towards them. He was asked to leave, escorted out and was banned to return.
