Batbroom sinks are broken amd you can only wash with one hand.
I ordered 30 wing combo. Out of the 30 wings only five were flat. Everything else was drums. They were not well balanced at all. The only thing the store can offer is an apology with no action to backup their apology. Every solution that we proposed to them to make it right was rejected. When asked for the store manager info or even the customer complaint number the manager couldn't provide that. More like refused to provide that. Maybe the manager name is Diamond. I’ve been coming to this location a few times and every time I regret it but TONIGHT the food was sooooo good. Wings were flavorful, crispy and the fries were fresh and crispy. Shout out to the new employees.
Put in an order that should have taken 11 minutes to complete. 30 minutes later still waiting. I see four employees in the kitchen. The three young girls milling around on their phones and talking while the oldest, and slowest, lady is the only one filling orders.
