Placed an order online. It automatically selected the last location I ordered from, which is over an hour from where I live. There is no option to cancel online. I was instructed to call the store. However, I was on hold for more than 30min. In the meantime, my order was completed. Then I called again multiple times with still an automatic transfer to their hold music. So, frustrating!
I had a great experience at Wingstop. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was the customer service. Manu was friendly, professional, and made the ordering process quick and easy. He greeted customers with a positive attitude, answered questions patiently, and made sure everything was correct before I left. Ordered here not too long ago, i got the wrong order so i called back to get a refund i was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a response, they said the refund would take 3-5 business days it’s been over 2 WEEKS, still haven’t gotten my refund?!! Will never order from here again & the chicken was hard as a rock…
I ordered from here last night - service was ok and the guys tasted fine. However, within 5 hours of finishing my meal, I became violently ill and spent the early morning hours running between my bedroom and restroom. I wanted this place to be good because it's very close to my home, but this isn't it.
