Kimberly the best in customer service
I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop today. I ordered 5 Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings, 5 Lemon Pepper bone-in wings, and 3 Hot Honey Rub boneless wings, along with a large ranch. After waiting over 30 minutes for my food, the staff still had no idea what was going on with my order. They asked for my receipt, so I handed it to them. Then they claimed I never gave it to them and acted like it disappeared, even though they had taken it from me. Update; the workers are still sorry at this location. 6 workers stood around and watched me stand at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there to pick up my food. The drink station and plastic ware station was nasty. SMH This is the worst. I am sitting here as I type for more than 30 minutes. My receipt was printed at 636p it is now 711p. I just called to place an order over the phone spoke with a Gabriella did not want to give me her last name. She said I was only able to order 15pc with her. I have never heard of such thing. If this was the case she would have no issue providing me with her full name. Worse customer service I have ever had. She was just lazy and did not want to take the order over the phone. They do not even deserve any stars horrible service. FIND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK.
Cashier and staff in good moods and very friendly but also got down to business cooking. Very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a good meal. Great experience!!!
