This is the best wingstop in the area idk how they only got a 3.9 rating. Second best in Houston area outside of the one by U of H. Only location whose fries are made crispy. Not all soggy. Wings r fried hard just like true chicken lovers prefer. Even the root beer be strong. For a matter of fact, I’m going to go get us some today. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff

i’m very disappointed w the service at this specific location. i ubered from this location and the forgot ALL orders of fries in my order.. today i had ordered carrots and they charged me for it and didnt even give it to me. the staff at this location need to get retrained on how to pack orders.
The food is always a hit or miss , but never consistent! But the customer service is horrible , this is my 3rd time walking in to order and me and the cashier just had a staring match , I gave them more customer service than they gave me. The first words are “are you going to order” . Another occasion I was charged for veggie sticks and I specifically told them I want fries instead on veggie sticks and the guy literally rolled his eyes and said “it’s just two dollars” as if I’m inconveniencing him.
