bad customer service, got skipped in line because they thought i was “waiting for my order” … at the counter? when i hadn’t placed my order yet.. didn’t bother asking either until they finally figured and then when i finally placed it, it took 23 minutes for it to come out. there looked to be about 6-8 staff members in the back and half of them didn’t look like they were doing anything. honestly just annoying :/

I would like to start off by saying that there were no issues with the flavor or the way the food was cooked. However, I placed an online order for ten pieces of chicken (mix-and-match), only to find there were only eight. I would typically let it slide if it were a bigger order, but ten pieces is completely manageable to count.
