Very unorganized the whole time. Averaged a meal every 8 minutes maybe. I walked in with 5 people working and 7 people waiting around for orders and half the workers seemed lost. Waited 25 minutes past pickup ready time is not a good business….
I ordered a 3 piece tender and I only got 2 tenders after waiting 40 mins! They are not attentive at all.
Visited this location 5/13 around 4:45 pm for the first time as the one near us (2920) shut down. It had been a little while since we had wingstop & it was a pleasant experience all around. We were warmly greeted upon entering which is big to us because first impression is everything! At the time we were there, there were only 2 women working and they were KILLING it! They are always late, even thou screen says order comolete. Rude service.
Came in to Dine in with family and there was one chair in entire dinning room. The guy in there said the old chairs were taken and would receive new chairs the next day. Did they not think that customers come in to eat inside???
