A very dirty place; customer service is terrible. I placed an order, they sent the wrong one, and they refused to make the correct order.
Thank you Ms Tee for the exceptional service tonight. The remake of my order that I reached out to you about couldn’t have been made any better. Thank you for going above and beyond just “handling a complaint”. Your effort and attentiveness to rectify a previously bad experience is what great customer service should be about. Superb job Ms Tee, We need more leadership with a heart like yours every where. Thanks again Ms Tee!!!
